Terms of Service

The masterclass is a paid live online session delivered over the internet at the announced date and time. The fee is ₹99 (Indian Rupees) per seat, inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise on the registration page.

Each registration grants one person access to the live session. Joining links, passcodes and access credentials are personal and must not be shared, resold or posted publicly. We may remove participants who share access.

You are responsible for entering a correct email address and phone number. If your contact details are wrong or unreachable, we may be unable to deliver your joining link, and that does not entitle you to a refund.

All session content — slides, prompts, workflows, templates, artwork, recordings and demonstrations — belongs to TAWAI Studio or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own learning and your own creative or commercial projects. You may not record, screen-capture, republish, resell, or use the material to build a competing course or training program.

The masterclass demonstrates third-party AI tools and platforms. Their availability, pricing, features and terms are controlled by those providers and can change at any time. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions and compliance with their terms.

We may change the date, time, duration or platform of the session for operational reasons and will notify registered participants by email or WhatsApp. If you do not attend the live session, your fee is not refundable and is not automatically carried forward.

Payments are processed by a third-party gateway. All fees are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for the full terms, which form part of these terms.

Please keep the session and any related community groups respectful. We may remove participants who harass others, spam, promote unrelated offers, or disrupt the session, without a refund.

The masterclass is educational. We do not promise any specific income, job, client or career outcome. Results depend on your own effort, skill and circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAWAI Studio's total liability arising from your registration is limited to the amount you paid for the masterclass. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device or third-party platforms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
