Refund Policy

Once your ₹99 registration is complete, the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable. By paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

No refund is issued if you change your mind, register by mistake, do not attend the live session, leave early, arrive late, find the content not suitable for your level, or cannot join because of your own internet connection, device, or scheduling conflict.

We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rated amounts, or credits towards other TAWAI Studio programs for unused or partially attended sessions.

If TAWAI Studio cancels the masterclass entirely and does not run it, you may choose a seat in the next scheduled session or a full refund of the amount paid. If we only reschedule the session, your seat moves to the new date and no refund is due.

If you were charged twice for the same registration, or money was debited but no registration was created, email info@tawai.studio with the payment reference and the date of the transaction. Verified duplicate or failed-transaction charges are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days after verification.

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Raising a chargeback for a delivered session is a breach of these terms and may result in removal from the session and our community groups.
