Privacy Policy

When you register, we collect the details you enter in the registration form: your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number. We also record the date and time of your registration and its payment status.

We do not collect card numbers, UPI credentials, CVV or bank passwords. Payments are processed entirely by our payment provider on their own secure systems.

Your details are used to confirm your seat, send you the joining link, share session reminders and follow-up material, and answer support requests. We may also contact you about future TAWAI Studio programs; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway. When you pay, that provider processes your transaction under its own privacy policy and shares only the outcome (success or failure) and a reference identifier with us.

We use website analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use this page and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect technical data such as your browser, device type, approximate location and the pages you view. You can block cookies or use a tracking blocker in your browser without losing access to the masterclass.

Joining our WhatsApp group is optional. If you join, your phone number and profile name become visible to other members of that group. Please only join if you are comfortable with that.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the masterclass (payment, email, messaging, hosting and analytics providers), and where we are required to do so by law.

We keep registration records for as long as needed to deliver the program, meet accounting obligations and support you afterwards. Access to registration data is restricted to authorised TAWAI Studio team members.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Email info@tawai.studio and we will act on your request within a reasonable time, unless we must retain the record by law.

If you are under 18, please register only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts this policy on your behalf.

We may update this policy as the program evolves. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.
